Vecer Believes Govt Insistence on Provinces Cannot Bear Fruit

Maribor, 21 February - Daily Vecer writes on Thursday that the government got nervous and panicked after the most important law on the establishment of provinces was voted down in parliament in early February. Yet it had provided no feasible alternative to restart talks on devolution.
