Interior Minister Says Security Should Be Available to All

Ljubljana, 21 February - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate said in Montenegro on Thursday that security should not be territorially limited. "We do not wish the EU to be a closed area", he said after the fifth ministerial conference on cooperation on border security in the Western Balkans.
