Situation in Energy not Hopeless, Minister Says
Brussels, 22 February - Slovenian Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak has said that all the proposals on the split up of energy giants - the European Commission's and the Franco-German - remain on the table. The decision has not yet been reached, but the situation is not hopeless, Vizjak said in Brussels on Friday.
