Brussels, 28 February - EU home ministers will try to agree on a joint approach in visa talks with the US and delimit the responsibilities of the bloc and those of individual member states, Slovenia's Dragutin Mate said upon arrival at the ministerial in Brussels on Thursday on steps after the Czech Republic signed a visa-waver deal with the US.
