EU Ministers Fail to Agree on Decoupling of Energy Companies

Brussels, 28 February - EU member states failed to agree on common principles for decoupling energy production and distribution in the bloc, a well-placed source told STA after a meeting of ministers in charge of energy in Brussels on Thursday. The ministers however agreed to reach a political agreement by June.
