EU Ministers Fail to Agree on Decoupling of Energy Companies
Brussels, 28 February - EU member states failed to agree on common principles for decoupling energy production and distribution in the bloc in Brussels on Thursday, they however agreed to reach a political agreement by June. "All proposed options...remain a basis for further work," Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak told STA after the meeting of ministers in charge of energy.
