Ljubljana, 28 February - The Slovenian EU presidency welcomed the power-sharing agreement reached on Thursday by Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki and opposition leader Raila Odinga. The presidency commended the work of the Panel of Eminent Personalities led by former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan.
