Ministers Call for Promotion of Out-of-Court-Settlements
Brussels, 28 February - EU justice ministers confirmed in Brussels on Thursday the draft Directive on Mediation for Civil and Commercial Matters. The document aims to facilitate access to alternative ways to settle disputes and promote friendly resolution, Slovenian Justice Minister Lovro Sturm said after the meeting.
