Ljubljana, 3 March - Prime Minister Janez Jansa, who currently presides over the European Council, sent a cable to Russia's new President Dmitry Medvedev on Sunday, congratulating him on his election. Jansa wished Medvedev a lot of success in serving this responsible office, according to a press release his office.
