EU Ministers Confirm Time Frame and Principles of Climate Change Package

Ljubljana, 3 March - EU environment ministers confirmed on Monday the time frame and the common principles of the proposed climate change and energy package, which are to be confirmed by the European leaders convening on 13 and 14 March. The whole package of legislative proposals is to be agreed upon by the end of the year.
