Rice Hopes for Better Visa Waiver Programme Results

Brussels, 6 March - US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was optimistic on Thursday about the future results of the US visa waiver programme, which is a key issue on the agenda of the talks in Brussels between the EU troika and the US.
