Brussels, 7 March - The Slovenian EU presidency has drafted a new proposal for the unified EU patent system, a source in Brussels told STA on Friday. The draft, which focuses on the translation requirements for patent claims and the distribution of revenues from annual renewal fees, will be debated by an expert group on Wednesday.
