Serbia and Kosovo to Dominate EU Foreign Ministers' Meeting

Brussels, 9 March - The situation in Western Balkans following the declaration of independence by Kosovo and the collapse of the Serbian government will dominate talks as EU foreign ministers convene a regular meeting of the General Affairs and External Relations Council on Monday.
