Minister Rupel Lauds Ukraine's Democratic Progress
Brussels, 11 March - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the chair of the EU's General Affairs and External Relations Council, praised Ukraine's progress in the transition towards a pluralist democracy at a meeting of the EU - Ukraine Cooperation Council on Tuesday.
