Ministers Back Commission's Approach to EU Border Management
Brdo pri Kranju, 12 March - EU interior ministers have expressed support for an integrated strategic approach to the management of the EU's external borders, Commissioner Franco Frattini said after the first part of Wednesday's meeting in Brdo. The ministers were especially supportive of the proposal to bolster to role of Fontex, the EU border agency.
