Ljubljana, 12 March - The Slovenian presidency of the EU expressed its concern on Wednesday about the reports of continuing arrests of opposition leaders in Armenia, and called on the Armenian authorities to lift the state of emergency imposed at the beginning of the month after clashes between riot police and anti-government protesters.
