Ljubljana, 13 March - Financial firms Infond Holding and Fidina, construction company CPM and manufacturing company Koto acquired 13.239% of beverage group Pivovarna Lasko in a takeover bid that closed on Tuesday, increasing their combined stake from to 55%.
