Cairo, 18 March - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel kicked off his Middle East tour in Cairo on Tuesday with a meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. A source in his delegation quoted the presiding EU foreign minister as saying it was everyone's job to "encourage the Israelis and Palestinians to talk".
