Srot and Bavcar Deny Validity of Deal Signed with Jankovic

Koper, 26 March - Josko Srot and Igor Bavcar, the CEO's of brewer Pivovarna Lasko and holding Istrabenz, appeared at the Koper court on Wednesday, giving their side of the story which has former Mercator CEO Zoran Jankovic claiming Lasko and Istrabenz had failed to honour an agreement involving the sale of the state-held stake in Slovenia's leading retailer.
