Rupel Calls for Dialogue Between China and the Dalai Lama
Brdo pri Kranju, 28 March - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said he was hoping for dialogue between China and the Dalai Lama in the wake of recent protests in Tibet, which have left scores dead.
