Slovenian, French FM Call for More Support for Balkans

Ljubljana, 2 April - Slovenian and French Foreign Ministers Dimitrij Rupel and Bernard Kouchner published on Wednesday an open letter which calls for innovative approaches in support of pro-European forces in Serbia while upholding the core EU values. The pair also called on liberalisation of the visa regime for all Western Balkan countries.
