Member States Withhold Support for Two Directives on Shipping

Brussels, 7 April - Two directives that make part of a regulatory package on shipping did not receive the backing of EU transport ministers on Monday, but the ministers reached a decision that will allow for deliberations with the European Parliament on the remaining five dossiers in the package.
