EU Working on Sustainability Criteria for Biofuels

Brdo pri Kranju, 12 April - Seeking to strike a balance between reducing Co2 emissions with the use of biofuels and precluding adverse impacts such as deforestation, the EU is hard at work on sustainability criteria for the production of biofuels, Slovenian Environment Minister Janez Podobnik said on Saturday.
