Brussels, 25 April - The prospects of the EU signing a Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia next week have been boosted by the Dutch parliament's decision to leave the decision to Dutch Foreign Minister Maxim Verhagen, a well-placed source in Brussels told STA on Friday.
