FMs to Debate EU-Russia and EU-Serbia Relations on Tuesday
Luxembourg, 28 April - EU foreign ministers are to discuss on Tuesday strengthening of the bloc's ties with Russia and Serbia. Chaired by Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel, the ministers are expected to agree on the signing of a stabilisation and association agreement (SAA) with Serbia and confirm the positions for bolstering the partnership with Russia.
