Rupel: EU Sending Strong Signal to Serbia

Luxembourg, 29 April - The decision to sign a Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia is a strong signal to Serbia on its path towards the EU, Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel said in Luxembourg on Tuesday. His made his comments after the EU achieved a breakthrough in talks that would allow the agreement to be signed this afternoon.
