Rupel Criticises Lithuania for Blocking EU-Russia Talks
Luxembourg, 29 April - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel criticised on Tuesday Lithuania for not withdrawing its objections to the mandate for the launch of talks on a new partnership pact between the EU and Russia. A new agreement with Russia is needed and there is no point in blocking the launch of the talks, Rupel told the press in Luxembourg.
