EU Reiterates Concern for Situation in Georgia

Ljubljana, 2 May - The Slovenian EU presidency said on Friday that the EU remained "seriously concerned by the recent series of events that have raised tensions between Georgia and the Russian Federation". It called on all sides to refrain from any steps that could increase tensions and urged them to take "action to rebuild confidence".
