Ankara, 5 May - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel will hold talks with his Turkish counterpart Ali Babacan on Monday, ahead of the Tuesday EU Troika-Turkey meeting. Rupel is also to meet President Abdullah Gul and Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan.
