EU Expresses Concern Over Tension between Russia and Georgia

Ljubljana, 5 May - The Slovenian EU presidency said on Monday it remained seriously concerned by the recent events that had raised tensions between Georgia and Russia, including Russia's announcement to increase the number of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) peacekeepers in Abkhasia.
