Commission Suspects Corruption in Coastal Tunnel Tender

Ljubljana, 8 May - The corruption prevention commission issued on Wednesday an opinion in principle that motorway company DARS's choice of an Italian partnership for the construction of a tunnel on the Slovenian coast pointed to possible corruption. The National Audit Commission recently annulled DARS's choice following an appeal by rival bidders.
