Consensus on Partnership Talks with Russia still Elusive

Brussels, 13 May - EU member states on Tuesday failed to reach a final political consensus on the launch of new talks on a key partnership agreement with Russia, as Lithuania asked for more time for consideration after last-minute changes, STA learnt from a diplomat in Brussels.
