FMs Lay Groundwork for Adoption of EU-LAC Declaration

Lima, 16 May - Foreign ministers of the EU, Latin America and the Caribbean ironed out on Thursday the final details of a draft declaration due to be adopted by their leaders at the two-day summit that gets underway on Friday. Representatives of both regions are confident that the event will bring fresh impetus into EU-LAC cooperation.
