Ljubljana, 16 May - The Slovenian EU presidency welcomed on Friday the agreement between the Lebanese government and the Hezbollah-led opposition and called on Lebanese parties to restart dialogue aimed at the full resumption of the functioning of democratic institutions in Lebanon.
