Daily: Provinces Referendum Has Nothing to Do with People's Will

Ljubljana, 23 May - Commenting on the parliament's decision to call a referendum on provinces, daily Dnevnik says on Friday that there is no doubt the referendum is a political concoction and an illusion that has nothing to do with the people's will.
