Vecer Believes Referendum on Provinces Unnecessary
Maribor, 23 May - The referendum on provinces which parliament called for 22 June is by no means a turning point in the decade-old efforts for decentralisation. The way it is designed it looks more like a question in a public opinion survey which, if it was carried out, would at least save us some money, the daily Vecer comments on Friday.
