Rupel Confident EULEX For Most Part in Kosovo by Mid-June
Brussels, 26 May - The EU presiding foreign minister, Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel, was confident in Brussels on Monday that the EU's mission would for the most part be deployed in Kosovo by the time the Kosovo constitution becomes effective in mid-June.
