Rupel in Favour of Partnership with East

Brussels, 26 May - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel welcomed on Monday the initiative by Poland and Sweden for the EU to boost ties with its eastern neighbours. "I'm personally keen on initiatives that promote European values outside the EU," Rupel said in Brussels, where he chairs a meeting of EU foreign ministers.
