Ljubljana Court to Handle Both Complaints Against Srot

Celje, 27 May - Upon examining the criminal complaint, filed by the Securities Market Agency against brewery Pivovarna Lasko CEO Bosko Srot, the Celje Court said on Tuesday it had decided to refer the case to the prosecutors in Ljubljana. Srot is suspected of insider trading. A previous complaint against Srot is already at the Ljubljana Court.
