Rupel Says Moldova on Track to New Agreement with EU

Brussels, 27 May - The chair of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council Dimitrij Rupel said at Tuesday's EU-Moldova Association Council meeting that Moldova had made a lot of progress in its reform process and that the EU was willing to consider upgrading its partnership and cooperation agreement with the country.
