EU Ministers Call for Agreement on Carbon Leakage

Brussels, 29 May - The EU ministers in charge of competitiveness agreed on Thursday that carbon leakage - carbon polluting industries shifting from Europe to third countries - presented a big challenge. Seeking an efficient international agreement on the issue was a priority, the meeting's chair Andrej Vizjak said in Brussels.
