Prospects for EU Communications Market Authority Looking Bleak
Luxembourg, 12 June - EU ministers responsible for telecommunications agreed in Luxembourg on Thursday that before defining the legal status of a European Electronic Communications Market Authority (EECMA), it is first necessary to set down its tasks and objectives.
