Ljubljana, 17 June - Slovenian environmental NGO Focus addressed on Tuesday a letter to Prime Minister Janez Jansa, presenting to him proposals related to the funding of the Bali Action Plan, which will be discussed by the EU heads of state and government at the EU Summit in Brussels on 19 and 20 June.
