EU Leaders Start Second Day of Talks on Troubled Treaty, Prices
Brussels, 20 June - EU leaders gathered for the second day of their summit in Brussels on Friday dedicated to discussing the future of the reform treaty after the Irish no and the rising prices of food and crude oil. The leaders did not reach agreement on the topics on Thursday and are expected to seek accord today.
