Brussels, 20 June - EU leaders moved to create room to put the EU treaty back on track and refused to have the issue consume their agenda at their two-day summit in Brussels. Determined to show that their focus was still on key challenges, the leaders decided that EU member states will take steps to tackle high food and oil prices.
