Rupel: Middle East Talks Need to Enter Decisive Phase

Berlin, 25 June - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel stressed at a meeting of the Middle East Quartet in Berlin late on Tuesday that the talks between Israel and Palestinians needed to enter into a decisive phase. The Gaza ceasefire was a step in the right direction and a key to the 2007 Annapolis goals, Rupel said.
