EU and Russia to Launch New Partnership Accord Talks

Khanty-Mansiysk, 27 June - The European Union and Russia are expected Friday to formally launch talks on a new Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, a key document governing the 27-country bloc's relations with an increasingly assertive Russia.
