Dobrovo, 30 June - Slovenia will hand over the EU presidency to France at a ceremony in the picturesque Goriska Brda wine country on Monday. The event will be attended by the Slovenian and French foreign ministers, Dimitrij Rupel and Bernard Kouchner.
