Former Prosecutor Will Sue the State
Maribor, 5 July - Former state prosecutor Bostjan Penko, who was arrested last week but released without charges the next day, told the daily Vecer that he would file several criminal and civil charges against the state. He will also seek a constitutional review of provisions of the penal code that allowed police to arrest him the way they did.
