Data Acquired in Raid on Retailers Remains Sealed

Ljubljana, 4 August - The Competition Protection Office remains unable to use electronic data seized during a recent anti-trust raid on Slovenia's top three retailers, as the Administrative Court has rejected its request for a temporary injunction that would unlock access to the data.
